PROCEDURE

Documentation Procedure & Payments:

1) The materials price and its availability information shall be given to the party against their LOI, BCL documents with covering letters. Buyer submits Letter of Intent (LOI) with full banking coordinates with authorization for seller verification of capability. Or, buyer can submit LOI with bank capability letter (BCL). LOI with finally accepted price, quantity, duration, accepted payment terms...)

2) Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO). Buyer signs and seals the FCO to accept seller’s proposal. Seller issues Draft contract. Buyers should be pay advance payment for their reservation of materials according to their requirements. Then seller will be reserved and hold the particular materials up to our confirmation and making the documentation & agreements.

3) After signing of final contract, buyer will instruct his bank to issue a non-operative L/C for a shipment value to sellers bank. In the continuous procedure of agreement and other documentations, buyer should be placing their non-operative, irrevocable, transferable L/C to the seller’s bank.

4) Within 3 days seller will issue operative PB for 2% of L/C value to buyers bank. The operative 2% PB from the seller activates the non-operative L/C from the buyer.

5) Within 30-45 days from activation, the first shipment commences.

6) DOCUMENTS FOR PAYMENT: (Buyers bank shall make payment to sellers bank after presentation of following documents)

Full set (3/3) of original of clean shipped on board bill of lading, made out to buyer, signed and stamped by the shipmaster.

Original signed and stamped Commercial Invoice covering the description, unit price, loading quantity, total amount.

Original signed and stamped packing list indicating total shipped on board quantity.

Signed and stamped quality inspection Certificate issued by Societe Generale de Surveillance (SGS) at sellers cost

Certificate of origin issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country of export

If requested we issue a note of assurance besides 2% PBG minimum.
